Yes, it is possible.

KM supports a bookmark or a shortcut according to device management types.

For Android Legacy devices, a bookmark to the specific URL can be added to the Samsung browser and a shortcut to the URL can also be added to the home screen of the device. For Android Enterprise devices, a shortcut to the specific URL is created on the home screen of the device, not in the web browser.

For both cases, the bookmark configuration is accessible at KM Admin Portal > Profile Policy.

Note that only the device user can delete the shortcuts manually because deleting a bookmark policy from the Knox Manage agent can render different effects based on the OS version.
