Depending on the Android Enterprise management types, the Knox Remote Support Web Viewer displays the Work Profile area in black. The Knox Remote Support Agent should be installed in the general area of the device for all the Android Enterprise manage types.

Fully Managed type : This type allows you to control the whole corporate-owned device using Knox Manage. With this type, no Work Profile area is found in devices and Knox Remote Support Web Viewer displays the general area normally.

Fully Managed with Work Profile type : This type, a combination of the Fully Managed and Work Profile types, allows you to control corporate-owned devices. The Knox Remote Support Web Viewer displays the Work Profile area in black and the general area normally.

Work Profile type : This type allows you to control personal devices (BYOD). The Knox Remote Support Web Viewer displays the general area and the Work Profile area normally.
