How to apply a new Knox Manage license key to devices that have expired

To apply a new Knox Manage license key, you need to add a new key at KM Admin Portal > Settings > License menu. Also, the KM Admin Portal > Devices > Update license command can be used to get the latest license information from devices (endpoints).

Knox Manage does not support re-assigning the endpoints from an expired or trial license key to a new one by design. But it supports multiple license keys in a way that its new endpoints first use the one with the earliest expiration that has available seats. Hence, you can apply a new license key to endpoints by just adding it to the KM Admin Portal .

If you want to combine multiple keys into one, you will need to work with your reseller.
