Send templates or user notifications to users using email

To send templates or user notifications registered in Knox Manage to users using email, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to User.

  2. On the User page, click the check box next to the user ID you want to send enrollment guides to, and then click Send Email.

  3. On the Send Email page, select a template file from the template list, and then click Send.

    • Click to view a preview of the selected template.
