Copy a group

You can easily and quickly create a new group by copying an existing group. A copied user or device group becomes the same type of group as its source. However, a group synchronized from a directory service such as LDAP can be only be copied as a user group.

To copy a group:

1. Go to the Group page, select a group, and click Copy.

2. On the Copy Group page:

   1. Enter a new name for the group.

   2. Select at least one attribute of the group you’re copying.

3. Click Save.
