Modify applications

To modify the basic information of applications, such as the name and category, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Application.

2. On the Application page, click the check box for the applications to be modified.

3. Click Modify.

4. On the Modify Application page, modify the information you entered when adding the application.

   • For internal applications, you can upload the updated versions here.

   • You can modify settings, such as Name, App Wrapper (Deprecated), Unassign Option, Description, Icon, and Screenshot, for internal/MGP Public/MGP Private applications.

     Post Knox Manage 24.06, the App Wrapper (Deprecated) field displays only for apps already using the feature. Moreover, when you change this setting from Yes to No, the field is not shown anymore and App Wrapper can’t be set for the app again.

5. Click Save.

6. In the Save Changes window, click OK. If you changed the installation file for updating, you can enter your comment for the update history. After saving the comment, you can also send an update request to the users who have installed the application.
