Create new Knox accounts using Samsung account for Business
Previously, personal Samsung accounts were used to create Samsung Knox accounts. Starting with 25.11, the new Knox account workflow guides you to use a Samsung account for Business to register and authenticate your company.
-
Use a single company account to add and manage admins, location managers, workforce users, and company domains. You can also use this account to configure user authentication methods.
-
To simplify sign in and authentication of users accessing Knox cloud services, link your company’s identity provider with the Samsung account for Business.
-
Invited admins and location managers are also guided to the new workflow when activating their accounts.
If you already have a Knox account linked to a personal Samsung account, you can continue to use it as usual, without any disruptions. Any admins you invite to Knox Guard are guided to the appropriate activation workflow.
Enforce firmware updates on devices connected to Wi-Fi
To keep your devices updated with the latest firmware, you can now use the Firmware auto download over Wi-Fi policy to force devices to automatically download the latest firmware version when they connect to Wi-Fi. Device users can’t change this setting.

For more information, see Firmware auto download over Wi-Fi.
Set payment reminder as device wallpaper
With this release, if you have a Knox Guard Advanced license, you can now configure the Overdue payment wallpaper policy to display a warning wallpaper on a device’s home and lock screens. Device users can’t edit this wallpaper until restrictions are removed.
For more information, see Overdue payment wallpaper.
Updates
Increase number of apps you can block using the App blocklist
If you have a Knox Guard Advanced license, prior to Knox Guard 25.11, you could only use the App blocklist policy to block up to 10 apps. Starting with this release, you can now use the policy to block up to 50 apps.
