Support for additional policy settings when uploading devices

Previously, Android Enterprise provisioning and Android Debug Bridge (adb) command settings could only be manually enabled on uploaded devices. If you have the permission to manage these features, you can now enable these settings when uploading new devices to Knox Guard 24.11.

Starting with this release, you will no longer be able to use the Knox Deployment app to directly enroll into Knox Guard.
