New
Ability to lock device when IMEI mismatch detected
Starting with 24.10, to help prevent hacking attempts on Knox Guard devices, if our server detects an IMEI that’s different from your devices, a command will be sent to automatically lock the device. Device end users will see a message on the lock screen letting them know the device cannot be accessed for security reasons.
Updates
Enhancement to devices supporting adb command
Previously, you had the option to disable Android Debug Bridge (adb
) communication on devices running Android 15 or higher. Starting with Knox Guard 24.10, we’ve expanded support for this feature to devices running Android 10 or higher. For detailed instructions on how to block adb
on your devices, see Block and unblock adb command.
