Knox Guard hidden on Knox Admin Portal

• Existing Knox cloud service customer
• Knox Admin Portal

Overview

Existing customers who access Knox Guard from the Knox Admin Portal will find that Knox Guard is hidden from the navigation pane.

Cause

As a service that has its own console, Knox Guard is hidden by default.

Resolution

To show Knox Guard in the navigation pane of the Knox Admin Portal:

1. On the Knox Admin Portal, click the account icon > Settings, then click Show/hide services.
2. Select Knox Guard.
3. Click Confirm.
