Send relock timestamp and turn the relock reminder ON and OFF

You can send a relock timestamp to devices. Once the relock time is reached, devices lock and display a customized message. You can also update a relock message without setting a new relock timestamp.

Send relock timestamp

To send a relock timestamp:

1. On the Devices page, select one or more devices.

2. Click ACTIONS > Manage device > Send relock timestamp.

   

3. Enter a relock Message.

4. Under Set relock timestamp, schedule a date and time to lock the selected devices.

5. Click CONFIRM.

Send relock timestamp in bulk

You can select devices in bulk by entering their IMEIs or serial numbers into a standardized template. The maximum number of devices you can select in one action is 10,000.

To send relock timestamps in bulk:

1. Click BULK ACTIONS in the bottom of the left navigation pane.

2. To download a standard template, click Download CSV template.

   For information on how to create a properly formatted CSV file, click Instructions for all bulk actions from the bottom left-hand side of the Bulk actions screen.

3. Under ADVANCED CONTROLS, click SEND RELOCK TIMESTAMP and upload your CSV file containing the device IDs.

4. Enter a relock Message.

5. Under Set relock timestamp, schedule a date and time to lock the selected devices.

6. Click SEND.

Turn on relock reminder

Relock reminders let device users know their device will soon be locked.

To turn on relock reminders:

1. On the Devices page, select one or more devices.

2. Click ACTIONS > Manage device > Turn on relock reminder.

   

3. Under Reminder, set when the relock reminder is shown.

4. Enter a relock Message.

5. Review your Contact information. You can configure this setting using the Pay-as-you-go lock screen policy.

6. Click TURN ON.

Turn off relock reminder

To turn off relock reminder:

1. On the Devices page, select one or more devices.

2. Click ACTIONS > Manage device > Turn off relock reminder.

   

3. Click CONFIRM.

Turn relock reminder on or off in bulk
