Firmware update tracking in the Knox E-FOTA agent

The Knox E-FOTA agent now shows the estimated time to completion for each step of the firmware update process.

Improved error messages

To help with troubleshooting during device maintenance, the Knox E-FOTA console now shows agent download and installation errors (error 906 and 907, respectively).
