Enhanced control over firmware installation

With this release, you can set Knox E-FOTA to only install firmware when it is instructed to do so by a third-party app. This campaign setting gives you full control over when firmware installations take place, which eliminates the chance of devices automatically rebooting for firmware updates while performing critical tasks.

You can configure this setting when you create or update a campaign. For more information, see Create a campaign.

With this release, the Knox E-FOTA client now requires device users to choose a third-party email app to send emails to customer support.
