Overview
When an organization has multiple Knox cloud services, the order of enrollment for the Knox cloud services is as follows:

After the Knox Configure enrollment and device setup wizard, the Knox Enrollment Service (KES) downloads the Knox E-FOTA client app. Enrollment of Knox E-FOTA begins. Once complete, KES downloads the Knox Asset Intelligence agent and begins enrollment. |

After the device setup wizard, KES downloads the Knox E-FOTA client app. Enrollment of Knox E-FOTA begins. Once complete, enrollment of Knox Mobile Enrollment begins. Once complete, KES downloads the Knox Asset Intelligence agent and begins enrollment. |
