Knox Cloud API blocked when Knox E-FOTA is connected to an EMM

Overview

The Knox Cloud API reports the following error, which states that the API is blocked because one or more EMM groups are syncing.

Cause

Knox Cloud API and Knox E-FOTA API calls are blocked when Knox E-FOTA is synced with an EMM. This is done to maintain stability and synchronization.

Resolution

You must disconnect any EMMs from Knox E-FOTA if you want to use the Knox E-FOTA API.
