Join Knox E-FOTA

A super admin that has joined Knox E-FOTA can invite other users to manage or view it. If you’ve received an invitation through email to manage or view Knox E-FOTA, perform the following steps:

  1. In the invitation email, click Sign up.

  2. In the website that opens, enter your work email address.

  3. If an existing Samsung account is associated with your email address, you are prompted to sign in. If you don’t have a Samsung account, follow the prompts to create one.

  4. Read and agree to the Samsung Knox agreements, and then click Submit. Your SamsungKnox.com dashboard opens.

  5. In the Knox E-FOTA card, click Launch. The Knox E-FOTA console opens. You can view and perform activities according to your role’s permissions.
