Increased app and content upload size limits

When adding apps to the Library, or files to a profile’s Content folder, you can now upload single files up to 1 GB in size. Additionally, your total Profile size limit (which includes APKs, Content, Wallpapers, and Boot/Shutdown animations) was increased from 300 MB to 1 GB.
