Enhanced app validation during APK upload for version upgrade

Currently, Android does not allow App updates with a signature other than the installed App. To update an App on a device with a newer version of the same app (a signature different than the installed version), the installed app must be deleted. Consequently, issues have been reported after App versioning was first introduced with the Knox Configure 1.23 version release.

To remedy this issue, when an admin now uploads a new version of an App, if the signature is different than signature of the last successfully uploaded version of the existing App, then the upload is rejected with a console error message. Additionally, when an admin uploads a new version of App with the same signature as the existing App, the upload is permitted. This should help streamline administration time, while ensuring version integrity is maintained.
