Access Denied error occurs after enrolling in Knox Configure China

Overview

With Knox Configure, you can complete the setup wizard on a device and assign it a profile. However, when accessing configure.samsungknox.cn to start enrollment after setup, the web page fails to load.

Cause

Although the Knox Configure China Portal has the region-appropriate cn top-level domain (www.samsungknox.cn), the enrollment service is hosted on the global samsungknox domain (configure.samsungknox.com).

Resolution

On your device, open a web browser and go to configure.samsungknox.com. Tap FIRST-TIME ENROLLMENT to start enrollment.
