How to sign up for Knox Configure China

• Knox Configure China (KC China)

Overview

The KC China server is independent from the KC global server. Therefore, the access web address and account application process differ from the steps outlined in the global KC guide. Please follow the steps below to begin using the KC China service.

Step 1. Access Knox Configure China Portal and apply for a Knox account

1. Navigate to Samsung Knox China.

2. Click Register to apply for a Knox account.

   

3. Enter your work email to register for a Knox Account. Please do not use a personal email address.

   

4. If you already have a Samsung Account linked with the email address entered above, then Sign in and skip to Step 3. If you do not have a Samsung Account, follow the steps outlined in Step 2.

Step 2. Apply for a Samsung Account

1. Click Create account or apply for a Samsung Account here.

   

2. Agree to the listed terms and conditions for account creation.

   

3. Fill out the required fields and select Next to complete the Knox Portal registration process.

   

4. Complete the SMS Verification.

   

5. Once submitted, an email is sent to the email address provided with a PIN code for account activation.

   

6. Complete the Samsung Account application.

   

Step 3. Request access to Knox Configure

Now that you have successfully obtained a Samsung Knox Portal account, you can request access to Knox Configure.

1. You will be directed to this page to fill out the required fields. Click next to continue.

   

2. Access the Knox Configure China dashboard.

   

3. Click Apply now to apply for Knox Configure.

   

4. Accept the terms and conditions of Knox Configure China.

   

5. The Knox Configure China team will review your request. Once your request is verified, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to access the Knox Configure console. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
