Knox Configure compatibility with Samsung devices

Overview

Full KC features are supported on Secured by Knox devices, while few features are not available for Android - Others devices.

The following KC features are unavailable for Android - Others devices:

• Auto power on
• Disable camera
• Disable USB class
• Disable OMC mode
• APN settings
• SIM lock PIN
• Kiosk mode
• Device lock
• Wi-Fi credential provisioning
• Shared device
• Enterprise billing
• KDA enrollment
• Factory Reset Protection bypass

How do I set up my Android - Others device in Knox Configure?

If Knox is incompatible with your device, when creating your KC profile, ensure that you have selected Other Samsung devices under General information > Device level.
