Companion mode overrides the watch’s Wi-Fi configurations and always on policies set by the IT admin, since it automatically follows the mobile device’s access point (AP) and network connection settings.

To ensure that the wearable device maintains its Wi-Fi configurations and always on policies, disable Bluetooth to block companion mode.
