Cannot download Galaxy Themes on Knox Configure device

Overview

You may encounter an issue where you cannot download Galaxy Themes on your device managed in Knox Configure (KC), even if you have added the Galaxy Themes app to your allowlist.

Cause

If you allow an app in KC, all other apps are automatically blocked. In the Galaxy Themes app, each wallpaper has its own package name.

Resolution

Allow the wallpaper package name for each theme you want to install.
