Unable to upload an internal app

Overview

When uploading an internal app to Knox Configure, you may encounter the following error message if the upload fails:

File upload error[undefined]

Cause

Knox Configure has an app file size limit of 500 MB. Attempting to upload an app larger than the limit results in an upload failure and the error message above.

The Knox Configure team is aware of this issue and is working to remove this limitation.

Workaround

To upload an app with a file size larger than 500 MB, you must add the app from Google Play.
