Update PIN and Face credentials

After you enroll in Knox Authentication Manager with a PIN, Face, or both sign in method, you can re-register your face authentication or update your PIN at any time from the app menu.

Re-register your face

To re-register your face:

  1. Sign in to Knox Authentication Manager.
  2. Tap the menu button, then tap Re-register face.
  3. Enter your enterprise password and tap Confirm.
  4. Proceed through the prompts to re-register your face.

Change your PIN

To change your PIN:

  1. Sign in to Knox Authentication Manager.
  2. Tap the menu button, then tap Change PIN.
  3. Enter your enterprise password and tap Confirm.
  4. Proceed through the prompts to create your new pin.

Reset your PIN

If you forgot your PIN, you’ll need to reset it by re-enrolling in Knox Authentication Manager. To do this:

  1. On the pop-up where you enter your PIN during sign in, tap I forgot my PIN.

  2. Tap Re-enroll.

  3. Proceed through the prompts to re-enroll with Knox Authentication Manager.
