Send device log files

To help troubleshoot app issues, users can send logs from their devices to their IT admin or support team using an email. To use this feature, make sure your device has a mail app, such as Mail or Gmail, installed.
To send device logs:
- Open the Knox Authentication Manager app menu and tap Email log file.
- The device’s mail app automatically launches and creates an email draft. The Knox Authentication Manager device log file is automatically attached and the subject line is automatically populated.
If only one mail app is installed on the device, it is automatically launched without having to select it.

Enter the email recipient(s) and message.

Tap send.
