On this page, you’ll find answers to the most common questions that new customers have about Knox Authentication Manager.
Knox Authentication Manager requires a valid Knox Suite license. To get a trial or commercial Knox Suite license, see Get started as an IT admin.
If your license has expired, Knox Authentication Manager displays a License activation failed error when device users open the app and they won’t be able to use it.
Device users might get a License activation failed error on the Knox Authentication Manager homescreen if your Knox Suite license is expired or if the device is running Android 11 or lower.
