Knox Asset Intelligence can send email alerts to you or other admins in your organization whenever certain network, app, or battery issues are detected.
You can manage your email alerts in one of two ways:
- On the Knox Admin Portal Settings page, go to KNOX ASSET INTELLIGENCE, click ISSUE REPORT SETTING.
- On the Dashboard Settings page, go to the THRESHOLDS tab, click EMAIL PREFERENCES.
The Issue report setting page opens, regardless of your path. On this page, select the type of alerts you want receive from Knox Intelligence: Network, App, or Battery.
