Starting with the 24.04 release, you can now choose which informational tiles to include on the dashboard, as well as rearrange them, helping you focus on the most important data in your workflow.

Updates

Improvements to license addition

Previously, after purchasing a Knox license from a reseller, you had to manually enter the license key on the Knox Admin Portal.

Now, license resellers can add Knox Suite, Knox Manage, Knox E-FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence licenses directly to your account on your behalf. When a Knox Suite license is added to your account, it’s recorded in your activity logs and you’ll receive an email notification.

Improvements to the What’s New dialog

To help you find important product updates more easily, Knox Admin Portal 24.04 introduces a redesigned What’s New dialog that lets you jump directly to the updates for each service. Links to relevant documentation are also included, so you can read more about new or improved features you’re interested in.

Improvement to email notifications

Previously, the language of system emails sent from Knox services was set based on the country selected during your initial Samsung Knox account registration.

Now, Knox service emails are sent in the same language set on the Knox Admin Portal. The supported languages are:
