The UPLOADS tab displays a consolidated list of pending and approved device uploads from all sources.
You can review all historical device uploads initiated using the upload menu in various service consoles, including Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox E-FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence, Knox Configure, and Samsung Care+ for Business. This allows you to inspect each upload and take necessary follow-up actions. The device uploads list shows key details, such as the uploader name, upload source, date of upload, number of devices, status, and upload ID. You can sort the entries by date using the Uploaded on column.
Filter uploads
You can filter the uploads by Source, Status, and Supported Services. Filtering by Source allows you to view only devices uploaded by selected methods – through a reseller, a CSV file, or another method depending on the service. You can choose to view either Pending or Approved uploads by filtering the Status column. Filtering by Supported Services allows you to view the uploads with devices that are used for particular Knox services.
To apply a filter to your uploads, click next to Source, Status, or Supported Services. Select one or more criteria from the menu, then click Apply. You can apply multiple filters by repeating the process for another category. You can remove a filter by clicking beside the applied filter or remove all filters by clicking Clear all filters.
View upload details
You can view the details of a device upload by clicking View under the Details column.

If the upload is Pending approval, the View button opens a page outlining the upload details. You can view the device count, the upload date, and a table outlining the attributes of each uploaded device. You can search for specific devices by IMEI or serial number or download devices in the upload as a CSV file. You also have the option to Approve all devices in that upload.

If the upload is Approved, clicking View opens the DEVICES tab, showing all uploaded devices filtered by upload ID. You can view the devices for that upload, search for devices, and take further action using the Actions menu.
Approve an upload
To be able to use the uploaded devices with Knox cloud services, you’ll need to first approve the uploads in the Pending status on the UPLOADS tab.
You must have the following permissions to approve device uploads:

To approve an upload in the Pending status:

Click View in the Details column. A dialog box displays a list of all devices included in the upload. It also shows device details, such as IMEI/MEID number, serial number, and model.

(Optional) Click Download devices as CSV for offline validation of the devices in the upload.

Click the Approve all devices to approve all devices included in the upload. The Approve new upload dialog displays the number of devices in the upload.

Click Approve.

(Optional) If you have the common Manage reseller preferences for devices permission, the Automatically approve devices dialog displays. Click Manage reseller preferences to configure settings for the reseller.
The device upload is shown as approved in the UPLOADS tab.
