Registering for Samsung Knox

Registering for a Samsung Knox account provides access to Samsung’s enterprise-grade security and device management solutions. With a Knox account, you can access the Knox Admin Portal to centrally manage Knox cloud services, licenses, devices, users, and more.

This section provides information about:

1. Creating a new Samsung Knox account using a Samsung account for Business.

   If you created a Samsung Knox account prior to the 25.11 release, you would have used a personal Samsung account to create the account. You can continue to sign in and access the Knox Admin Portal using your current personal Samsung account.

2. Signing in to Knox Admin Portal using one of the following account types:

   • Samsung account for Business, only available if you created a Samsung Knox account after the 25.11 release.
   • Personal Samsung account
