Missing invitation to the Knox Admin Portal

Overview
When a super admin invites a sub-admin to their tenant in the Knox Admin Portal, the invited sub-admin may not have received an email invitation.
Resolution
The sub-admin can ensure the email invitation isn’t in their spam or junk folder, and the provided email address is correct.
If they still can’t see the email invitation, their next steps depend on their sign-in method:
- For personal Samsung accounts, sub-admins can go directly to Registering for Knox services to continue the registration process.
- In case of Samsung account for Business, sub-admins must use the email invitation from their MSP to activate their account ID. If they encounter any issues, they can contact their MSP.
