Overview

You may notice that the Knox Deployment App doesn’t support single sign-on (SSO) credentials for SamsungKnox.com.

The Knox Deployment App requires a Samsung account with two-factor authentication enabled.

As the app doesn’t support the simultaneous use of two different access methods, you must disable single sign-on credentials from SamsungKnox.com.
