Overview
When signing in to Knox Admin Portal, you might encounter repeated requests for verification using reCAPTCHA. For instance, reCAPTCHA might trigger when providing your email, then trigger again at the next password screen.
Cause
If abnormal activities or behavior are detected on your account according to internal assessment criteria, reCAPTCHA verification is automatically triggered. This behavior is an automated security measure from reCAPTCHA to prevent malicious attempts.
reCAPTCHA manages its own risk assessment criteria that can’t be modified.
Workaround
To reduce the number of reCAPTCHA verification requests, you can clear your browser cache or use a different browser to login to your Samsung account.
