Overview

After signing up for a Samsung Knox account, you might encounter an issue where your account application is rejected.

Cause

Providing inaccurate or inconsistent information might result in your Samsung Knox application getting rejected. Some common reasons for rejection include:

  • The provided email address doesn’t match your company’s domain name.
  • The address provided is a residential address or P.O. box instead of a valid commercial address.
  • The provided phone number is invalid.
  • Some details are inconsistent. For example, a US phone number provided with an EU address.

To find out the reason why your application got rejected, contact dataprivacy@samsungknox.com and provide the following information:

  • Your Customer ID
  • Your Samsung account for Business Account ID
  • The email address you used in your application.

Include all three pieces of information in your email to ensure the Samsung Knox team can quickly locate and review your application status.
