Knox QuickStart is a Samsung Enterprise Technical Support offering designed to help onboard customers into the Knox ecosystem and provide them with ongoing support after deployment. Knox QuickStart aims to give enterprise clients a smooth and efficient introduction to Knox products.
Service overview
Knox QuickStart is one of four Samsung Enterprise Technical Support offerings, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support to streamline the set-up of Knox solutions and address potential challenges after deployment.
Knox QuickStart is a three-month service consisting of three phases:
- Initial meeting – A Samsung representative sets up a remote meeting to identify the Knox solutions you wish to use, based on your business’s specific use cases and operational needs.
- Pre-sales support – A Samsung representative hosts an onboarding session, working closely with you to prepare and configure the Knox environment you need.
- Post-sales support – Once your business is onboarded, your Samsung representative conducts a health check to ensure your device fleet has been set up and configured as intended. Additionally, the customer can raise technical cases and receive expert assistance, with Knox QuickStart covering up to three incidents.
Getting started
Once you’ve purchased the Knox QuickStart service, the relevant Samsung team will contact the email address you provided in your order within three business days.
To ensure a seamless kickoff to Knox QuickStart, prepare the following for your initial meeting:
- An active corporate email address
- Samsung devices that need to be enrolled
- Knox solutions you wish to onboard to and their commercial license key(s)
