Improvements to region delimitation

Previously, a service’s region was defined as a country even if the customer’s country was different from the prominent country the service was offered in. To remove this ambiguity, with Samsung Care+ for Business 24.03 onwards, services are divided by location instead.

Updates to damaged device replacement support

If agreed upon between the insurance provider and the customer, a damaged device can now be swapped with a device of a different model — such as Galaxy Tab A9 (Wi-Fi) with Galaxy Tab A9 (LTE) — or of a different tier — such as Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro with Galaxy Tab S9.
