Email reminders for license assignment

If the license assignment rate is 50% or less, Samsung will now send monthly email reminders to the IT admins, advising them to assign the license to the devices before the assignment end date.

Device details refinements

Device tier information is removed from the device details with this release, as the value of the information it provided to customers was low.
