Transfer licenses activated by Samsung

If you had your Samsung Care+ for Business service activated by Samsung, you can easily transfer the licenses and devices to your account by providing the license key and an associated device’s IMEI. See Manage licenses for more details.

Service request improvements

The service request page now provides easier access to the claim guide and the insurer’s portal. If you’re a customer in the US, you can also search for devices by IMEI to check whether a device belongs to Samsung Care+ for Business plan. Please note that the service request page differs by country.
