Samsung Business Academy

The Samsung Business Academy is an online learning resource designed to help users become proficient in using Samsung Mobile B2B products and solutions. Learners can access the SBA from anywhere, on any device, and can enroll in as many courses as they wish. Learners can work toward becoming certified Knox Associates and Knox Professionals, or just expand on existing knowledge by browsing any of the dozens of courses offered.

All new and existing Knox Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Samsung-approved resellers who join the Knox Partner Program also benefit from exclusive training and certification programs offered on the Samsung Business Academy.

The training modules cover all aspects of the Samsung Knox portfolio to ensure all your employees can receive the right training they need in order to understand the full benefits of the Samsung Knox solutions and services so they can best position, sell, and deliver Samsung Knox services.

Knox certification

Access the Samsung Business Academy

When you enroll in the Knox Partner Program as a Knox Managed Service Provider, Samsung Device Reseller (KDP), or Knox License Reseller, you'll automatically be granted access to the Samsung Business Academy.

If you join the KPP as another partner type, you'll need to manually request access to the SBA. Click Contact us and select General Inquiry in the Topic field, then type a message requesting access to the Samsung Business Academy. A KPP portal admin will review and approve your request.

The next time you log in to the Knox Partner Program dashboard, the Training & Certification link will be available. Click that link, and then Launch to access the SBA.

Note — Training & Certification is available only in countries where the Samsung Business Academy has been launched.
