Get 1-on-1 technical training

You can engage with a regional Samsung technical account manager, who can help you with your training needs in 1-on-1 sessions:

  • Get trained on specific Samsung solutions
  • Get support for customer meetings or events
  • Discuss Samsung products or solutions and provide feedback

At this time, this feature is available to Recommended and Premium MSP partners. If this feature appears on your navigation pane, you’re eligible to submit a request, but note that your request will be reviewed by a Knox Partner Program admin before approval.

Submit a training request

On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Training & events > 1:1 Tech Training. Select your region, provide information about your request, and click Submit.

Your inquiry will be responded to within 5 business days.
