Access the documentation

To access documentation for the Knox Partner Program, Knox Deployment Program (Knox Reseller Portal), and Knox MSP Program, click Support on the navigation pane.

Contact the Knox MSP Program team

Premium MSP partners can contact the Knox MSP team from the navigation pane, to provide feedback on the MSP program, or to submit feature enhancement requests.

  1. On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Technical > Contact the MSP team.
  2. Click Contact to go to the support site.
  3. Click Create a Case.
  4. Choose the Contact the Knox MSP team category.

  5. Enter all other relevant information, and click Next.

    • For the Issued Location field, start typing a location name, and location suggestions will be shown.
  6. Write your message to the MSP team and click Finish.

Submit a support ticket

  1. On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Support > Submit Support Ticket.
  2. On the support site, click Create a Case.
  3. Choose a category for your ticket.

  4. Enter all other relevant information, and click Next.

    • For the Issued Location field, start typing a location name, and location suggestions will be shown.
  5. Write a message describing the issue you're experiencing, and click Finish.
