If you're a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Knox Deployment Program (KDP) partner, you can check the status of devices associated with a Knox license key.
On the Knox Partner Program dashboard, click Tools > Device Status.
- Enter a Knox license key.
- Provide the device IMEIs that you want to check, in one of two ways:
- Under My device IMEIs, enter a list of comma-separated device IMEIs that you want to check.
- Or, upload a CSV file that contains a list of your device IMEIs. If you're creating a new CSV file, click download template, then enter your device IMEIs in the CSV file following the format used in the template.
- Click CHECK STATUS.
