Borrow a Samsung device

You can borrow Samsung devices for up to a year, to help you design and test your solutions optimized for Samsung products. Please note that device availability is not guaranteed.

At this time, this feature is available only to select partners. If this feature appears on your navigation pane, you're eligible to submit a request, but note that your request will be reviewed by a Knox Partner Program admin before approval.

Submit a device loan request

On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Technical > Device Loan. Fill in the request form, and click Submit.

The Samsung partner manager will review and respond to your device loan request within 5 business days to confirm device requirements and availability.
