Before you begin

To administer a customer account using Knox MSP, register as a Samsung Knox Partner with either a new or existing Samsung account. After your application is approved, you can manage the customer's Knox cloud services on their behalf. You don't need a Samsung account for every customer you manage.

To apply for the Knox Partner Program, you must be a registered business entity with a valid Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S number.

Become a Samsung Knox Partner

  1. On the Knox Partner Program page for Managed Service Providers, click Become a Partner.
  2. NOTE — Make sure you are logged out of any other Samsung portal that requires a Samsung account (Knox Portal, Reseller Portal, Knox Configure, Knox Mobile Enrollment, etc.). If a 'not authorized' message persists, submit a Support ticket.
  3. Select Enroll from the upper, right-hand side of the screen.
  4. Knox Partner Program home page

  5. Sign up for a Samsung account using your corporate email address and click NEXT. Addresses from personal email service providers aren't accepted.
  6. If you already have a Samsung account linked with this email address, click Sign in, then skip to step 7. Otherwise, if you read and agree to the listed Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Samsung account Privacy Notice required for account creation, click Agree and continue to the next step.
  7. Enter the account details.
  8. Create a Samsung account

NOTE — The required account details may differ based on your region.
  9. Once your request is submitted, the page prompts you for a verification code, which is sent to the email address you provided. Enter the PIN provided, and click Next to verify your Samsung account.
  10. Verify your Samsung account

(Optional) After you sign in, the portal prompts you to enter a phone number for two-factor verification. If needed, enter your phone number to secure your account. If you're not ready to set up two-factor verification, you can do it at any time.

  11. After you sign in with your Samsung account, verify your name and work email address are correct, then click Next.
  12. Verify your personal details

  13. To join the Knox Partner Program, you must be a registered business entity with a valid Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number. A D‑U‑N‑S Number is a unique nine-digit identifier that is used to access business information. You will be asked to provide your D-U-N-S number so the identity of your company can be verified. Enter your Registered company name and D-U-N-S Number. To check if you already have a D-U-N-S Number, see Find your D-U-N-S Number. If you don't have a D-U-N-S Number, you can submit your information to Dun & Bradstreet to receive a number for free.
