Email notifications

Email communication from Samsung differs depending upon the type of customer account—that is, whether the account is 'Full access' or 'No access'—or the type of action taken. Keeping that in mind, separate sets of emails are sent to the Super admin, the admin that initiated the action, or to all of the MSP admins. The following table describes these notification emails in detail:
