Get access to the Reseller Portal

To access the Knox Deployment Program and the Reseller Portal, you must first apply to become a Knox partner with either a new or existing Samsung account. After your application is approved, you can register your enterprise customers' devices to a Knox server on their behalf.

To apply for the Knox Partner Program, you must be a registered business entity with a valid Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S number.

The approval processes for the Knox Partner Program and the Knox Deployment Program are separate. To gain access to the Reseller Portal, you must be approved for both the Knox Partner Program and the Knox Deployment Program.

Become a Knox partner

  1. On the Knox Partner Program resellers page, click Become a Partner.

  2. Sign up for a Samsung account using your corporate email address and click NEXT. Addresses from personal email service providers, such as Gmail and Hotmail, aren't accepted.

  3. If you already have a Samsung account linked with this email address, click Sign in. Otherwise, if you read and agree to the listed Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Samsung account Privacy Notice, click Agree.

  4. Enter the account details.

    The required account details may differ depending on your current region.

    Click Get news and special offers if you want to receive email notifications with news, special offers, and other information about Samsung and its partners' products. You can unsubscribe at any time in your Samsung account settings.

    Click Next to submit your Samsung account registration request.

  5. Once your request is submitted, the page prompts you for a verification PIN code, which is sent to the email address you provided. Enter the PIN provided, and click Next to verify your Samsung account.

    (Optional) After you sign in, the portal prompts you to enter a phone number for two-factor verification. If needed, enter your phone number to secure your account. If you're not ready to set up two-factor verification, you can do it at any time.

  6. After you sign in with your Samsung account, verify that your name and work email address are correct, then click Next.

  7. To join the Knox Partner Program, you must be a registered business entity with a valid Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number. A D-U-N-S Number is a unique nine-digit identifier that is used to access business information. You will be asked to provide your D-U-N-S Number so the identity of your company can be verified.

    Enter your Registered company name and D-U-N-S Number. You can check if you already have a D-U-N-S number here. If you don't have a D-U-N-S number, you can submit your information to Dun & Bradstreet to receive a number for free.

  8. Provide the company information used with the Knox partner account. Some fields are automatically filled based on the information retrieved from your D-U-N-S identity.

    The fields may differ depending on your current region.

    For the Partner type, select Samsung Device Reseller (KDP).

    (Optional) Select Knox Developers to request access to developer resources such as the Knox SDK, license keys, and REST APIs.

  9. If you read and agree to the Knox Partner Program agreements, click Agree.

    The agreements may differ depending on your current region.

  10. Select Apply to submit the Knox Partner Program and Knox Deployment Program applications to the Knox team for evaluation.

Access the Knox Partner Program

Once your Knox partner account application is approved by the Knox team, you'll be notified by email that your account application has been approved. You can now sign in to your Knox partner account on the Knox Partner Portal.

View your Knox Deployment Program application status

Once your Knox partner account is approved, you can view the status of your Knox Deployment Program application after signing into your Knox partner account. The Knox Reseller Portal button in the navigation pane displays your application status.

  • If your application is in progress, the status is Pending.
  • If your application was declined, the status is Rejected.

Launch the Reseller Portal

Once your Knox Deployment Program account application is also approved, you will receive a second confirmation email, containing your new Knox Reseller ID. Click the Sign in link in the email to launch the Reseller Portal.

Alternatively, you can launch the Reseller Portal by clicking Knox Reseller Portal in the navigation pane.

Apply for the Knox Deployment Program as an existing Knox partner

Perform the following steps only if you are an existing Knox partner and want to gain access to the Reseller Portal. If you applied for the Knox Deployment Program during Knox Partner Program enrollment by setting your Partner type to Samsung Device Reseller (KDP), you can skip these steps.

  1. Sign in to the Knox Partner Portal with your Knox partner account.

  2. Click Knox Reseller Portal in the navigation pane.

  3. If you read and agree to the Knox Deployment Program Participation Agreement, click APPLY to submit your application. You'll be notified by email when your Knox Deployment Program account application has been approved.
