Log in to Knox E-FOTA One

You can log in to the Knox E-FOTA admin portal from the Knox Manage admin portal. There are two ways to do this, depending on how you logged in to the Knox Manage admin portal.

NOTE— To perform this procedure, you must have a Knox Suite license registered in your Knox Manage account.

Through the SamsungKnox.com dashboard

1. Go to www.samsungknox.com and sign in with your Samsung account.

2. Click Dashboard.

   You're taken to your SamsungKnox.com dashboard.

3. Click Launch on the Knox Manage card to open the Knox Manage admin portal.

   The Knox Manage admin portal opens.

4. On the upper-right corner of the Knox Manage admin portal, click Knox Services > Knox E-FOTA One.

   The Knox E-FOTA One admin portal opens.

Through the direct URL of your Knox Manage admin portal

1. Go to the direct URL for your Knox Manage admin portal.

   The Knox Manage login screen appears.

2. Click Sign In with Samsung Account.

   The Samsung account login screen appears.

3. Sign in with your Samsung account.

   The Knox Manage admin portal opens.

4. On the upper-right corner of the Knox Manage admin portal, click Knox Services > Knox E-FOTA One.

   The Knox E-FOTA One admin portal opens.
