How to check available storage on a device in Knox Manage

Overview

Some customers are requesting to view more information about their device's available resources within the Knox Manage console. These resources include:

• Internal storage
• RAM
• External SD card storage

How do I check the available resources on my device?

To view additional information about an enrolled device:

1. In the KM console, on the left sidebar, select Devices.
2. Under Device Name, select the device you would like to view information about.
3. Select the Device Information tab.
4. In the bottom right, select Detail to expand the device details.

The expanded menu includes internal storage, RAM, and external SD card storage, as well as other detailed information about the device.
