Can I use the remote support feature on non-Samsung devices?
Users can use the remote support feature of Knox Manage, however, for non-Samsung devices, several features are not available while using report support (such as home, left, and right controls, screen rotation buttons, touch controls). Devices should be controlled by the user instead.
The screen mirroring functionality is still available on non-Samsung devices.
